shaker, classic and contemporary, in finishes that reflect these styles.

What is the price range of your products?
Fairmont Designs does not sell to the general public therefore we cannot post pricing; all sales are conducted through the Decorate Plumbing Showrooms we sell to nationwide.
Only the individual showrooms can quote pricing.*

Can a vanity be purchased without the top and sink?
Yes, each item Fairmont Designs sells can be purchased separately.

Do you make custom cabinets?
We do not make custom cabinets. Many of our collections are modular. They can be configured in many ways to create multiple sizes or configurations.

Are your Granite and Marble tops pre-drilled?
Yes, our tops are pre-drilled for a 17" x 14" undermount sink, and a 8" widespread faucet. Sink cut-out dimensions: 16" x 13.5"

Is the backsplash included with the top?
Yes, all tops include backsplashes.

Does Fairmont Designs sell side splashes?
Fairmont Designs does not sell side splashes.

Can we buy vanities that are unfinished or without hardware?
All vanities are sold finished and ready to install.
